Mike Merry recently represented the buyer (Custom Steel Group) in the acquisition of 3344 Butler Ave. in South Chicago Heights. The 10,500 SF warehouse on 1.31 AC will serve as the new home of the company that is relocating from Franklin Park. This building perfectly matched the needs of the client by having an overhead crane in place, robust power, and adjacent land for future expansion. Custom Steel is looking to open this location in August of 2025.
