At 832 S Central Ave in Chicago, IL, this property sits on over 2.2 acres of land on the south side of I-290, with immediate access via a four-way interchange to the highway. Clear Height will raze portions of the building, reimagining the property into an efficient 25,000 square foot building with six interior dock-high doors and 30’ clear height. Mr. Etten sourced the off-market transaction for Clear Height.

Mike Merry recently completed the sale of a 12,800 SF warehouse in Blue Island to a local, family-owned machine shop relocating from Dixmoor, IL. The new owners will be making substantial capital improvements and look to begin operating out of the premises in August of 2025.

2650 Warrenville Rd in Downers Grove, IL

Mike and Jackie represented the tenant, ASNOA, in finding the office space in the Corridors III building located in Downers Grove, Illinois. Pete Adamo and Adam Lawler from CBRE represented ownership in the transaction.

3344 Butler Ave in Chicago Heights, IL

Mike Merry recently represented the buyer (Custom Steel Group) in the acquisition of 3344 Butler Ave. in South Chicago Heights. The 10,500 SF warehouse on 1.31 AC will serve as the new home of the company that is relocating from Franklin Park. This building perfectly matched the needs of the client by having an overhead crane in place, robust power, and adjacent land for future expansion. Custom Steel is looking to open this location in August of 2025.
