After over 11 years of commercial real estate experience I decided to found hcb realty partners. The goal was to create a place that took the best from my experiences working at a small boutique firm and a international corporation and to join it with an inescapable desire to make a lasting difference in this world.

I focus almost exclusively on industrial real estate and have done a considerable amount of work in the trucking/transportation field. I spend most of my time in Cook and Will County in Illinois and am also licensed in Indiana. My goal is to help buyers/sellers, tenants/landlords, and the communities where these properties are located by connecting them to the right opportunities so that they can build the best version of their future.

Brian Etten

Brian has been involved in the commercial real estate market since 2018, working at both a small boutique firm and an international corporation. He works with owner users, developers and institutional owners on all facets of their industrial real estate needs. His expertise includes site selection, sale and lease negotiation and portfolio optimization. His business is focused primarily in the city of Chicago and surrounding suburban markets.
